About MFV GROUP
Empowering Africa’s Creative Vision
MFV Group is developing in Morocco a cultural and technological infrastructure designed to connect Africa with the world. The project aligns with the national vision for advanced regionalization and the New Development Model, while integrating the priorities of the Tourism Strategy 2030.
MFV brings together creation, innovation, training and experiential tourism to build a concrete, sustainable and attractive ecosystem for talents, professionals, institutions and international partners. The project combines smart infrastructures, training programs, immersive hospitality and a creative industrial hub.
MFV aims to connect local and African talent with international partners and strengthen South-South cooperation by promoting the exchange of know-how and the development of regional value chains. The project also follows a long-term impact approach aligned with several Sustainable Development Goals, promoting training, economic inclusion, creativity and innovation in the region.
MFV Project’s Development And Timeline
MFV is the result of a progressive and structured journey, built over through strategic reflection, partnerships and concrete milestones. The project originated from firsthand experience within the film industry and a clear understanding of its structural limitations, particularly in emerging creative markets.
The initial concept identified the need to unify the entire audiovisual value chain while unlocking the untapped potential at the intersection of cinema and tourism, leading to an integrated model that strengthens production efficiency, visitor experiences and long-term territorial attractiveness.
Rather than rapid expansion, MFV follows a phased and disciplined approach. This strategic progression reflects the project’s ambition: building a solid foundation first, capable of supporting future replication and long-term impact across Africa and internationally.

MFV is not simply a hub for film production. It is a fully integrated continental hub designed as a platform where creative industries, technology, innovation, training and territorial development converge.
At its core, MFV brings together the entire audiovisual value chain, from pre-production to production, post-production and distribution, within a single, interconnected ecosystem.
